You mentioned my legal struggle to get primary custody of my 3 daughters could possibly entail a 3rd attorney — my ex-husband almost didn’t sign a modified Separation Agreement for Custody/ Visitation and I walked into the court room this morning intending to ask the judge to appoint a Guardian ad litem (per my attorney’s advice)….but before our 11:00 hearing today, he signed the modified Separation Agreement that makes me our girls’ primary physical custodian. I just wanted to inform you of the 100% accuracy of what you forsaw and I’m sure there’s more to come.
